1) Who is the Builder?
Since 1992, Weinstein Communities has been a successful East Coast regional builder. Recently having relocated to Arizona, Weinstein Communities blends personal attention and hands-on experience with years of success to deliver a superior result.
2) Who is the Property Management Company?
Since 1979 City Property Management has helped create and maintain home owner properties from the inside out, working with the Board of Directors to ensure long term success. All property managers are fully licensed, bonded and trained in their specialties.
3) Are the condominiums one or two story?
Each of the 23 condominium buildings has eight condominium homes. Four are on the 1st floor and four are on the 2nd floor. Each floor plan affords the occupant single-story living.
4) What types of amenities are included at Santana Ridge?
It’s all about a low-maintenance lifestyle at Santana Ridge! For your enjoyment the community features:
- Clubhouse with gourmet kitchen, 50” plasma TV with surround sound, living, dining and bar areas and a floor to ceiling retractable
glass door that opens the living area to a large covered patio.
- Fitness center with 24-hour secure-access, state-of-the-art exercise equipment, 3 flat-panel TV’s and personal audio systems.
- Two resort-style pools, one heated spa and a large rock water feature.
- Covered ramada with seating and a gas BBQ near each pool to make pool-side dining an attractive option.

5) How much are the monthly association dues?
As a member of the Santana Ridge home owners association you will contribute monthly dues of $200. Included in these dues are use of all of the above described amenities as well as water, sewer,
trash and Qwest basic cable service. The monthly dues also include maintenance of the grounds and building exteriors and insurance for the common areas.
6) What type of home owner’s insurance policy will I need for the purchase of a condominium?
A blanket insurance policy is included in the monthly HOA dues which cover the common elements, buildings and included features. This is all that is required by the lender for financing purposes, however, the Developer and Home Owner Association recommend that each Owner carry an HO6 policy that covers interior upgrades and personal contents. Please contact your insurance carrier for more details.

7) What type of parking is included at Santana Ridge?
Included with the purchase of your condominium is a one-car garage AND a covered parking space.* In addition to the resident parking there is uncovered, unassigned visitor parking at the entry and throughout the community for guests. Owners and residents may not use guest parking spaces at any time.
*Included with the purchase of the Superstition plan is a one-car garage. A covered parking space is available as an option on a first come, first serve basis.
8) Is the community gated?
Yes. There is a main entrance and exit gate and a secondary exit. The gated entry will add to the quiet enjoyment of the amenities and lifestyle offered at Santana Ridge.
9) Are you offering condos for sale with investors?
We are offering a limited number of condominiums in each building or phase for sale to investors. Whether owner-occupied, a 2nd home or investor sale, all are prohibited from offering the condominium for sale within 18 months of closing so that the developer may complete sales. There is, however, a “hardship clause” available. The investor is permitted to lease their condominium for a minimum 12-month term upon closing whereas the owner-occupied and 2nd home buyers may not lease their condos for the first 12 months of ownership.
